Can you work as a creator while in the United States?
The US has no digital nomad visa. Visitors on ESTA or a B visa may not monetize content, take brand deals or do paid collaborations while in the US.
Creators typically use the O-1B visa (extraordinary ability in the arts). One immigration lawyer estimated 60–65% of his O-1B clients are content creators. Follower count alone does not qualify.
