Rules
In Paris, any filming or photo shoot needs two authorisations, one from the Préfecture de Police and one from the City of Paris (Mission Cinéma). If the shoot is in the street with fewer than 10 people, only the police authorisation is needed. Filming in the streets of Paris and the authorisations are free; productions pay a fee to use a city garden, stadium, pool, market or museum.
