Can you fly a drone to film or photograph in Kenya?
Drones have been legal since the 2020 Unmanned Aircraft Systems Regulations. Every drone, private or commercial, is registered with the KCAA, and importing one needs a KCAA permit after a security clearance.

Flying for hire needs a Remote Aircraft Operator's Certificate; visiting crews can get a temporary permit of up to 30 days.
